TERMS & CONDITIONS We accept Visa and MC. We also accept money orders and personal checks (your order will be held until the check clears). Return Merchandise Policy Returns will be accepted within 14 days of ship date with prior permission. Please take the following steps to insure proper handling of your return.  Obtain permission for return merchandise from our Return Department by emailing your request to support@momssportscorner.com with RETURN in the subject line. Return instructions will be sent back with a return authorization number (RA #).   Returns will not be accepted without RA #. Packages sent to Mom's Sports Corner without RA # on the address label will be returned (unopened) to sender. Once a return is authorized by our Return Department, please return the item to the address provided with your return instructions.  Write the return authorization number clearly on the box or package.  Keep shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss during shipping.  Returned merchandise with a value over $100 should be insured.  We are not liable for return merchandise which does not reach our Return Department. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you received a different product than ordered, please contact our Return Department at support@momssportscorner.com within 7 days.  You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. If you have questions, please email us at support@momssportscorner.com. Manufacturer's Defect If a product has a manufacturer's defect, please contact our Return Department at support@momssportscorner.com within 7 days. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, and description of the item you received with the problem you are having. Do not return products to us without contacting us first for instructions. Returns will not be accepted without RA #. Packages sent to Mom's Sports Corner without RA # on the address label will be returned (unopened) to sender.
